PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine cream cheese and pineapple. Chill.

WORLD'S BEST CREAM CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, onion powder and garlic. Mix in reserved juice from pineapple as desired. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Steps:

• Cream the butter and cream cheese together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the pineapple juice and continue beating until absorbed into the mixture. Beat the confectioners' sugar into the mixture a little at a time until completely integrated.

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE DRESSING

Steps:

• 1. break up cream cheese with fork, then cream until soft. Work in salt and about 4 tablespoons pineapple juice. With an egg beater, whip until cheese is consistency of whipped cream. Add more pineapple juice as you whip. Be sure not to get the mixture too thin. Serve with fruit salads or cabbage

PINEAPPLE CREAM SAUCE

Steps:

• Blend cream cheese spread, milk and sugar in blender 1 min. (Do not overblend.)
• Add to pineapple in serving bowl; mix well.

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE BALL

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients, savings some pecans to roll cheese ball in.
• Pack mixture into a bowl or mold; chill until firm.
• Remove and roll in pecans to coat exterior.
• Serve with crackers.

PINEAPPLE DRESSING

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine drained pineapple, egg, sugar, butter.
• Begin adding bread pieces and stir. Bread should absorb liquid. Continue adding bread until bread will no longer absorb liquid. This can be anywhere from 6-10 slices.
• Put in a 9x9" baking dish.
• Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes. Top should begin to brown when it is done.
• I almost always double the recipe, use a 9 x 13 pan, and bake for 1 hour.
