CHERRY PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE
Cherry pineapple dump cake has a golden cake topping over pineapple cherry filling. Best of all, it takes 1 pan, 4 ingredients, and 5 minutes to assemble!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
- Spread the crushed pineapple with the juice into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread cherry pie filling on top of the crushed pineapple.
- Evenly spread cake mix over top of the layers of pineapple and cherry and press down firmly. Arrange butter slices evenly over top of cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven, 50-60 minutes, or until top is deep golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm

- In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until cool. , Stir in the milk, cream, pineapple and lemon juice. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two-thirds full; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to freeze. , When ice cream is frozen, transfer to a freezer container; freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.

- Pour pineapple and its juice into an 8 inch square baking pan. Freeze 2 hours or overnight.
- Position knife blade in a food processor bowl; spoon frozen mixture into processor bowl; Process mixture until smooth and slushy.

- Place coconut and butter or margarine in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix well with a fork and pat evenly in bottom. Chill while making filling.Place pineapple and sugar in a blender container. Cover and blend with on-off bursts until pureed, scraping sides of container as needed.In a large bowl, stir ice cream until almost smooth. Stir in pineapple-sugar mixture and chopped cherries until blended but not melted. Spread evenly over coconut crust. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.Can be served straight from the freezer or place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and garnish each with a dollop of whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
