PINEAPPLE BUTTERMILK SMOOTHIE
This smoothie is a great on-the-go breakfast. I used frozen peaches when I tried this, and I can't wait to try other fruits. A tasty way to start your morning!

Steps:
- 1. Add all of your ingredients into your blender pitcher.
- 2. Blend on high until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
- 3. This will make a full blender pitcher. The number of servings will depend on how you serve it. My husband and I have tall "to go" beverage containers with straws. This will fill up both of our beverage containers, with a touch left to "top it off" for the first one that gets back to the blender.
- 4. If serving in glasses, pour up and garnish with fresh fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
CARROT-PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
The combination of beta-carotene packed carrots and vitamin-rich pineapple is a delicious and healthy one in this refreshing smoothie. Freezing carrot juice cuts out adding regular ice cubes, and we love using dried dates as a natural sweetener.

Steps:
- Pour the carrot juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
- Put the pineapple, buttermilk, dates, carrot juice ice cubes and cinnamon into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, turning off the blender and pushing down on the ingredients with a spatula or wooden spoon as needed to help the blending process. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cold water if needed to adjust consistency.
PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
Blend fresh pineapple and banana with lime juice to make this tangy pineapple smoothie. It's great for breakfast and kids will love it too

- Blitz the pineapple in a blender with the banana, lime juice and 50ml cold water until smooth.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, if you like, pour over the smoothie and serve immediately.
