1 tablespoon canola oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound boneless chuck steak, cut into 1/8-inch slices
2/3 cup prepared low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 (20.0-ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice
1 1/2 cup frozen Asian-style stir-fry vegetables
3 green onions, chopped
2 cups frozen cooked jasmine or brown rice, prepared according to package directions

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat; add garlic and sliced steak.
  • Cook until garlic is golden and meat is seared on the outside, about 4 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low; add teriyaki sauce, pineapple and 1/4 cup of its juice.
  • Simmer until the pineapple has softened slightly, about 10 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and green onions and cook until onions are heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve over prepared rice.

Steps:

  • **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.** Place beef, onions, teriyaki sauce, ginger and water #1 in Instant Pot. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Quick release pressure. Combine cornstarch and water #2 in a bowl until smooth. Add to the Instant Pot along with broccoli, peppers and pineapple. Change setting to saute and cook for 5-7 minutes, until sauce has thickened and veggies have softened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 (4 pound) rack pork ribs
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
2 each green bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 small onion, cut into chunks

Steps:

  • Mix sugar, soy sauce, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
  • Cut ribs to fit into a pot and place in the bottom. Add soy sauce mixture, pineapple chunks with juice, bell peppers, and onion. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat pulls away easily from the bone, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
