I remember my mum used to drink this occasionaly when I was young. This was served at parties for the ladies. I found this again scrolling through the woman's weekly site. Pimm's is a blend of liqueurs and herbs with a gin base

Ingredients

ice cube
1 1/4 cups Pimms
150 g strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
100 g piece telegraph cucumbers, sliced
1 liter lemonade, chilled or 1 liter ginger ale, if preffered chilled

Steps:

Combine ice, Pimm's, strawberries, mint and cucumber in a large jug. Slowly add lemonade.
Add a little more ice, if necessary; serve immediately.

On our honeymoon we stayed with some friends in London and they made us this drink - now we can't stop making it! It is especially delicious on a hot, summer afternoon. The cucumber and mint are odd, but don't leave them out - they make this drink!

Ingredients

1 cup Pimm's No. 1™ (gin-based liqueur)
2 quarts lemonade
1 (4 inch) wedge of cucumber
1 red apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 orange, sliced
½ lemon, sliced
½ lime, sliced
2 slices fresh pineapple
2 strawberries, sliced
3 leaves fresh mint

Steps:

Stir together the Pimm's liqueur and lemonade together in a serving pitcher. Add the cucumber wedge, apple, orange, lemon, lime, pineapple, strawberries, and mint. Refrigerate until cold, or serve over ice.
