A LOW CARB PIMMS CUP COCKTAIL
A delicious and easy low carb way to make a classic gin based Pimms cup!

Steps:
- 1. Add crushed ice to a tall glass.
- 2. Pour in the Pimm's then top off with your ginger beer of choice.
- 3. Stir the drink to combine the two and garnish with the cucumber spear, sliced strawberry, lemon wheel and mint spring and serve.

This is Common Cup (a name I've made up) because apparently the true traditional pimm's should be topped with champagne. In reality, this is what you're much more likely to find in pubs in the summer.

Steps:
- Fill a Collins or Highball glass with ice.
- Add your chosen garnishes. You can use all or a combination of the ones listed. My personal combination is lemon, orange, mint and cucumber (Or lemon, orange, mint and borage).
- Pour the Pimm's into the glass.
- Gently pour the fizzy lemonade into the glass by pouring down the inside of the glass while tilting the glass.
- Stir gently with a swizzle stick if desired and Enjoy!

- Fill each glass halfway with ice. Add about 1/3 cup Pimm's mixture. Fill glass with soda; stir. Place cucumber spear in each glass; serve.
