Shhh, no one has to know how easy these are to make--just fill ready-made phyllo shells with cheese and a dab of fruit spread, bake, and serve.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place pastry shells on ungreased large cookie sheet. Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes. Place 3 cheese cubes into each phyllo shell. Bake at 350°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove partially baked shells from oven. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon spreadable fruit over cheese in each shell.
- Return to oven; bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until spreadable fruit is melted. Serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese blend. , Place tart shells in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Fill with taco mixture. , Bake 6 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese blend; bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer. Freeze option: Freeze cooled taco cups in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 350° oven until crisp and heated through.

- Gather the ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese.
- Gradually add flour until well mixed.
- Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge. Roll into 2-inch balls and place in 24-cup miniature muffin tin .
- Preheat oven to 350 F or 325 F for a dark pan .
- Use fingers to smash balls into tart shell shape. Fill shells with approximately 2 cups of filling, as desired. Depending on filling, the filled shells are baked from 15 to 25 minutes.
- Unfilled shells can be baked for 5 to 10 minutes.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir in the pimentos. Fold in the grated cheese until the mixture is well incorporated.
- Place the phyllo tart shells on the baking sheet. Add ½ teaspoon of the strawberry jam to the bottom of each shell. Top with a teaspoon of the pimento cheese mixture.

I'd always been told that phyllo dough is really difficult to use, but I've found it's quite simple and I've fallen in love with this wonderful flaky pastry! You can fill these tarts with just about anything. Fruit fulling, puddings, etc. they make a wonderful, easy dessert!

- 1. Preheat oven to 375.
- 2. lay out phyllo dough on a cutting board. Use a pizza wheel to cut it into six squares. Cover with a damp (almost dry) paper towel.
- 3. Brush the inside of two muffin tins with melted butter.
- 4. Uncover 1 stack of squares. Brush one sheet with melted butter and lay into muffin tin and pat down. Repeat this with five sheets. Continue until all the muffin tins are filled.
- 5. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Get the phyllo dough ready by opening the thawed package and putting all of the sheets of dough on large clean cookie sheet.
- Cover the sheets of dough with a piece of wax paper and then put a damp kitchen towel on top of the waxed paper. Phyllo dough is super thin and dries out really quickly. The wax paper covers it and then the wet towel weighs down on it (without getting the dough wet) so that air can’t get in. You gotta do this step.
- Melt your butter, grab your pastry brush and a pizza cutter or knife. When you are ready put one piece of phyllo dough on a large cutting board, cover the rest, and then carefully but quickly brush it with butter.
- Place another sheet on top and repeat until you have 5 sheets of dough total. Brush the top sheet with butter too.
