GRILLED PHILLY CHEESESTEAK KABOB SANDWICHES

- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt and pepper. Alternately thread beef, bell peppers and onion onto 6 (12- to 14-inch) metal skewers. Brush beef and vegetables with oil.
- Place kabobs on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until beef is desired doneness.
- During last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking time, place buns, cut sides down, on grill; cook until toasted.
- To serve, spread buns with mustard-mayonnaise spread. Top bottom halves with cheese. Place kabob over cheese in each bun; carefully remove skewer, holding bun firmly around beef and vegetables.

HOMEMADE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH
This Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Ribeye steak, sweet onion, provolone cheese are the best! Easy to make and delicious in its simplicity.

- Slice hoagie rolls 3/4 of the way through with a serrated knife. Dice onions and thinly slice beef.*
- In a small bowl, stir together 2 Tbsp softened butter with 1 pressed garlic clove. Spread garlic butter onto the cut sides of 4 hoagie roll. Toast the buns on a large skillet, flat cooktop or griddle on medium heat until golden brown then set aside.
- Add 1 Tbsp oil to your pan/cooktop and sautee diced onions until caramelized then transfer to a bowl.
- Increase to high heat and add 1 Tbsp oil. Spread the super thinly sliced steak in an even layer. Let brown for a couple of minutes undisturbed then flip and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Sautee until steak is fully cooked through then stir in the caramelized onions.
- Divide into 4 even portions and top each with 2 slices of cheese and turn off the heat so the cheese will melt without overcooking the meat.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on the toasted side of each roll. Working with one portion at a time, place a toasted bun over each portion and use a spatula to scrape the cheesy beef into your bun as you flip it over. Serve warm.

- Thread steak, vegetables and bread cubes onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water first).
- Preheat grill for medium heat. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, salt and pepper. Brush over kabobs.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until steak is cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
- To make the cheese sauce, combine Velveeta, white cheddar, butter and 1/2 cup of milk in a medium sauce pan. Heat over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. Add additional milk, stirring constantly, until sauce reaches desired consistency. Stir in Worcestershire sauce to taste. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve sauce with kabobs.

- Preheat the broiler. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and frying pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Add the parsley, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper and cook, stirring, 1 more minute. - Start by browning the beef in the skillet. Get a nice brown sear on the beef, then break apart as little as possible. Add the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently, then remove from the pan.
- Add the butter to the pan and add the chopped onions and green bell pepper, cooking until browned and caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once browned, add the meat back in and combine it together.
- Spread the butter on one side of each of the 8 slices of bread.
- Butter side down on the cutting board.
- Add a slice of provolone to each of the slices.
- Top four slices with the meat mixture and close the sandwiches pressing down lightly.
- In a cast-iron pan or griddle on medium-high, add the sandwiches and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of the oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the steak to the pan, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sesasoned salt, and cook through stirring often. Remove the steak to a plate and set aside.
- Add the remaining teaspoon of oil to the skillet and heat. Add the onion, pepper, remaining teaspoon of seasoned salt, and chili powder to the skillet. Cook, stirring often, until vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the steak to the skillet with the vegetables and stir to combine. Taste and add additional seasoned salt, if needed.
- Lay the sliced cheese over the top of the mixture, turn off the heat, and cover the pan. Let sit for 3-4 minutes for the cheese to melt.
- Stir well until everything is combined
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the steak mixture into an egg roll wrapper. Fold in each side and then roll up tightly. Before making the last roll, dip your finger in water and brush it on the top corner of the egg roll and finish rolling to seal the egg rolls closed. Repeat with the remaining egg rolls.
- Lightly spritz the egg rolls on each side with oil spray.
- Place egg rolls in an air fryer basket in an even layer leaving space for air to flow between each egg roll. You will likely need to work in 2-3 batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook at 390 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden brown on the outside, flipping halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot with warm Cheez Whiz, for dipping.

- Toss the steak with 2 tablespoons olive oil, the garlic, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and a few grinds of pepper in a medium bowl. Let marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, preheat a grill to medium high. Toss the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Thread the steak and vegetables onto ten 12-inch skewers.
