Steps:
- Combine everything in a zip-lock bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-6 hours.
- Grill or cook in oven.
- If using oven; brown chicken in oven-proof pan and transfer pan to 350 degree Farenheit oven. Cook for 11-13 minutes.

PENZEYS CHICKEN CHILI
If I had to eat one recipe for the rest of my life, this one would be it. Naturally, since its a Penzeys recipe it is best with penzeys spices.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a soup pot over med. heat. chop chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in hot skillet with the onion.
- Sprinkle with cumin and garlic. cook until browned, stirring frequently, 5-7 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomatoe sauce.
- , ancho chili pepper cilantro leaves, cocoa, salt, sugar, and the hot pepper of your choice and amount.
- Start with less than you think you want, you can always add more.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Add beans ( I added liquid also), and heat til hot.
- Taste and add extra spices as desired.
- Add Penzeys arizona dreaming seasoning if desired. It gives it a special flavor.

- Boil sugar, water, and lemon juice together to make a thick syrup.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, and add the hot syrup slowly to them, beating constantly.
- Fold in the confectioner's sugar and vanilla, blending well.
- Lightly flour waxed paper and place on baking sheet.
- Drop batter to form cookie shapes onto sheet and bake in preheated 350 F oven for 25 minutes.

PENZEY'S CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP
This is from the Penzey's catalog. Great for a hot day because it's made all in the slow cooker, or for a cold winter day. I'm sure you could add other veggies, like shredded carrot or cabbage or sweet potatoes, for added nutrition. I used leftover shredded chicken. The catalog says to serve with cornbread and garnishes (probably cheese and sour cream etc). Even my kids liked it!

- Place everything except the cilantro and lime juice into a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10.
- Remove the chicken and shred with two forks; return to the pot with the cilantro and lime juice.
- Taste and add extra seasonings if desired. Serve with optional garnished, such as diced avocado, lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cheese and toasted tortilla strips.

ROGAN JOSH - PENZEYS
This is my version of the recipe printed on the Penzeys Spices bag of Rogan Josh. It's spicy and savory - the ingredients on the label are: paprika, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, Tellicherry black pepper, cayenne pepper, Korintje cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, saffron.

Steps:
- Cut meat into stew-sized cubes, brown in fat (do this in batches to avoid steaming the meat). Remove meat, but leave all the drippings and oil.
- Brown the onion in the same pan. Add Rogan Josh and salt, stir for one minute.
- Return meat to pan along with any juices that have accumulated in the bowl. Slowly blend in water and yogurt.
- Cook 1-2 hours over low heat. At the end, raise heat to reduce sauce until thickened (you may add a small amount of cornstarch disolved in water.).
- This would probably work well in a pressure cooker.
- Serve with roasted potatoes, or over rice or noodles.
