CONDUCTOMAN'S MEATLOAF
In this recipe, I use Peter Luger Steak House Old Fashioned Sauce, which is their signature steak sauce. This sauce contains horseradish, which is imperative to the recipe. In Southern New England this can be found in major supermarkets in the refrigerated meat case.

Steps:
- 1. Set tomato ketchup aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Put all other ingredients into a 1 gallon ziploc bag.
- 3. Push out most of the air and zip closed.
- 4. Mix (squish) all ingredients through the bag until completely mixed.
- 5. Put into a loaf pan large enough to hold 2 Lbs.
- 6. Spread the ketchup over the top and cover loosely with a foil tent.
- 7. Put loaf pan onto a shallow baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. There will be a good amount of grease so foil the pan well to help cleanup.
- 8. Bake for 1 hour.
- 9. Remove foil tent and continue baking for 30 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
- 10. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting into 1" slices.
- 11. Serve with Heinz Tomato Ketchup blended with Balsamic Vinegar on the side and your favorite side dishes. ENJOY!!
COPYCAT PETER LUGER STEAK SAUCE
The best homemade steak sauce is my Copycat Peter Luger Steak Sauce! Sweet and spicy, rich and decadent, it complements even the best piece of meat and even chicken!

Steps:
- Combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce dark brown sugar, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, prepared horseradish and anchovy paste in a small bowl.
- Mix well, taste and then add fine sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow to rest for 1 hour, or up to 1 week.
- Serve with steak or chicken. It also tastes great on sandwiches!

STEAKHOUSE TOMATO SALAD
Steps:
- Slice the onion in half, then thinly slice the halves (either direction is fine, just different looks).
- Core the tomatoes and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the onions and tomatoes with the vinaigrette. Serve at toom temperature.

PETER LUGER-STYLE STEAK SAUCE
We love this cross between steak and cocktail sauce so much, we had to create our own version. The ketchup base has a well-balanced combination of molasses, Worcestershire, vinegar, and horseradish that makes it perfect for surf or turf!

- Whisk ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, molasses, horseradish, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl.

TOMATO AND VIDALIA ONION SALAD WITH STEAK SAUCE DRESSING

- In a small saucepan over moderate heat combine vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire and pepper. Allow sugar to dissolve in vinegar and liquids to come to a bubble. Remove sauce from heat and whisk in tomato sauce, then extra-virgin olive oil. Let dressing stand.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes and onions on a serving platter. Season tomatoes and onions with salt, to taste Pour dressing over the tomatoes and onions and garnish with chopped parsley.
