Number Of Ingredients 5

- 3 oz of coconut milk (
- 1 1/2 oz of premium white rum
- 1 oz of pineapple juice
- 2 peppermint sticks
- 2 peppermint sticks

Steps:

  • Add the 1st four ingredients to a shaker and shake it up. Pour in a glass. Break up one of the peppermint sticks and put it in the drink. This will give the drink the peppermint flavor and create the pink color as it melts. Garnish with the mint and a peppermint stick. This recipe makes one drink, so double or triple it based on your needs and/or desires! Enjoy and remember to drink responsibly!
