This classic digestive tea will help alleviate bloating and trapped gas. Fennel seeds are sweet anise-flavored herbs long revered in Europe and Asia for their health benefits. The seeds contain phytochemicals, anti-oxidants, dietary fiber, alkalizing minerals (magnesium, zinc, potassium & calcium) and the vital vitamins, A, B and E. They also contain essential oil compounds that have digestive and anti-flatulent properties; and when ingested with ginger and peppermint, combine for a natural bloating remedy.
