HAM BALLS WITH BROWN SUGAR GLAZE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Pulse ham in batches in a food processor until finely ground. Combine with the next 7 ingredients just until mixed. Shape into 1-in. balls; place in a single layer on greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans., For glaze, cook and stir all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Spoon over ham balls. Bake until ham balls are just beginning to brown, 30-35 minutes, rotating pans and carefully stirring halfway through. Gently toss in glaze. Serve warm.

HAM BALLS
It sounds odd, but it is soooo good! It is a dish a friend of mine turned me on to. She is originally from Pennsylvania and told me it is a penn-dutch recipe. It freezes just beautifully too, just make the sauce up before you bake it. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Combine ham ball mixture and form into balls about the size of a cupcake.Place in a casserole dish.
- 2. Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook over med-low heat until it boils and the sugar has dissolved.
- 3. Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

- Mix together the pork, ham, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and onion, then form into 18-1 1/2" balls.
- Place the ham balls in a baking dish.
- Mix together the pineapple, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
- Pour over the ham balls and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
