- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return to pan. Stir in RAGÚ® Chunky Tomato, Garlic and Onion Sauce and meatballs. Transfer to 3-quart rectangular baking dish. Bake, covered, in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, egg substitute, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. - Prepare mashed potatoes and meatballs: Prepare mashed potatoes as specified in my recipe here. Prepare Italian meatballs including sauce as specified in my recipe here.
- Prep oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare casserole dish: Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with a bit of cooking spray (I used my Le Creuset Braiser, link under equipment).
- Assemble casserole: Layer the mashed potatoes in the bottom of your casserole dish. Arrange the meatballs on top of the mashed potatoes evenly.
- Bake: Transfer the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese evenly over the meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and starts to brown.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a baking sheet and a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, egg substitute, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl. Crumble turkey on top and mix well. Shape mixture into 1/2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the centers, 9 to 11 minutes. Drain off excess grease.

- In saucepot, prepare pasta as label directs in boiling salted water, drain. Return pasta to saucepot.
- Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, heat tomato sauce, covered, until hot over medium-low heat. (If tomato sauce is frozen, add 2 tablespoons water to saucepan to prevent sorching). Add 3 cups sauce to pasta in saucepot, toss well. Reserve remaining 1 cup sauce.
- In medium bowl, stir together egg, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Into 3 1/2- to 4-quart shallow casserole or 13-inch by 9-inch glass baking dish, spoon half the pasta mixture, top with all the sliced meatballs. Drop ricotta-cheese mixture by spoonfuls evenly over meatball layer. Spoon remaining pasta mixture over ricotta-cheese layer, then spoon remaining 1 cup sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees and Grease a 3 Quart Casserole Dish.
- Melt the 1 TBSP Butter over medium heat and add the green bell pepper and onion. Cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
- Pour the jar of pasta sauce, the 2 cups of water, the package of frozen meatballs, the 2 1/2 cups of uncooked macaroni, 1 TSP Italian Seasoning directly into the casserole dish. Add the onion and green pepper. Stir all ingredients until combined.
- Bake covered for 45 minutes at 375 Degrees. Remove from oven after the 45 minutes is up and sprinkle the 2 Cups of Mozzarella and 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese over the top. Place back in the oven uncovered and broil on high for around 3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- This will make 4 Huge Servings or 6 Normal Servings. Freezes Well!
