CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER WRAPS
We made these last night for a quick snack and they were great. Loved the tartness of the apple with the crunch of the granola Cereal. The amounts of all the ingredients can be adjusted for personal preference.

Steps:
- Spread peanut butter over each tortilla.
- Warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds(optional).
- Sprinkle with chopped apple and granola.
- Roll up tortillas and cut in half.
- Enjoy.
PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SNACK WRAP
Don't knock it til you've tried it! This is my absolute favorite breakfast/snack, invented out of the necessity (and ingenuity!) of a college student. NOTE -- I have also tried this just using one egg, and it turns out just as well (you can taste the PB even more!). It is just a matter of your preference.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, whisk eggs with milk (or water, your choice). Add a dash of salt.
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
- Scramble eggs in heated pan over medium heat. Alternatively, Eggs can be microwaved in a bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Smear peanut butter down center of tortilla. Microwave for 10-15 seconds to slightly melt peanut butter.
- Wrap scrambled eggs in tortilla and enjoy!
- NOTE: I have tried this recipe using both non-natural and natural peanut butter, and and I HIGHLY recommend using the natural kind -- but if you have no other option, go ahead and use regular. Creamy works best!

- Spread peanut butter on the tortilla.
- Slice banana into thin pieces.
- Place banana pieces onto half of the tortilla, on top of the peanut butter. Don't try to over fill the tortilla!
- If the banana is too big, just eat the extra slices.
- Fold the tortilla in half, to cover the banana slices.
- Microwave 20-30 seconds.

- Add peanut butter.
- Mix well to combine.
- Spread about 1/3 cups mix over each tortilla.
- Evenly spread 1 1/2 Tbs fruit spread over top of each.
- Roll up tortillas.
- Serve at once or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
