Steps:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees or gas mark 4.
- Pour the peanuts on a lined baking tray and roast for roughly 5-7 minutes (you should be able to smell the aroma).
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Place the peanuts, water and coconut milk in a blender and blend into the peanuts are ground.
- Pour into a cheesecloth and strain the peanut liquid, squeeze out the excess and discard the pulp.
- Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
- Serve accordingly.

- Place the peanuts and water into a blender jar and blend until the peanuts are pulverized. Strain the liquid from the ground peanuts and put the liquid back into the blender jar along with the remaining ingredients. (Discard the ground peanuts.) Beat it until it is frothy. Serve it immediately or refrigerate (blend again before serving).

- Place a sieve or cheese cloth over a large pitcher or any other container and strain the peanut mixture, little by little. Discard the pulp. However, if you have a high power blender that can puree the raw peanut for you not to taste any grains, then you can choose not to strain it through a sieve.
- Add the vanilla supligen, guinness stout, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, grated nutmeg and cinnamon powder and stir together. Taste to make sure it is sweet enough for you. If it's not sweet enough, add more sweetened condensed milk.
