Very easy peanut punch recipe with oats and Guinness.

¼ Cup Raw peanut
2 tbs Oats
1 cup Supligen (alternatives are nutriment or almond milk )
¼ cup Condensed milk
½ cup Guinness
½ tsp Vanilla extract
¼ tsp Nutmeg
⅛ tsp Ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain using a cheesecloth.
  • Put to chill before serving

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Angostura bitters
4 cups water
ice cube, for serving

Steps:

  • Combine peanut butter, condensed milk, vanilla, bitters and water in a pitcher.
  • Whisk until peanut butter is dissolved.
  • Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes and serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Blend peanuts with water for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and continue blending for three minutes until smooth.To Serve: Serve over crushed ice.

Vegan, dairy free and gluten free carribean punch

1 cup of shelled peanuts (skinless is optional)
11/4 cup of coconut milk (see post for recipe)
1/2 cup of dairy free condensed milk (see post for recipe)
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp of vanilla powder (or extract)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees or gas mark 4.
  • Pour the peanuts on a lined baking tray and roast for roughly 5-7 minutes (you should be able to smell the aroma).
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Place the peanuts, water and coconut milk in a blender and blend into the peanuts are ground.
  • Pour into a cheesecloth and strain the peanut liquid, squeeze out the excess and discard the pulp.
  • Stir in the condensed milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
  • Serve accordingly.

2 cups roasted and shelled peanuts
3 cups water
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • Place the peanuts and water into a blender jar and blend until the peanuts are pulverized. Strain the liquid from the ground peanuts and put the liquid back into the blender jar along with the remaining ingredients. (Discard the ground peanuts.) Beat it until it is frothy. Serve it immediately or refrigerate (blend again before serving).

  • Place a sieve or cheese cloth over a large pitcher or any other container and strain the peanut mixture, little by little. Discard the pulp. However, if you have a high power blender that can puree the raw peanut for you not to taste any grains, then you can choose not to strain it through a sieve.
  • Add the vanilla supligen, guinness stout, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, grated nutmeg and cinnamon powder and stir together. Taste to make sure it is sweet enough for you. If it's not sweet enough, add more sweetened condensed milk.
