PEANUT BUTTER BURGER

Steps:
- Mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and peanut butter in a bowl until combined. Form 4 burger patties from the mixture. Cover with plastic and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill.
- Cook the turkey patties in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Add a cheese slice to each burger and cook for 1 additional minute until cheese is melted.
- Cook turkey bacon, toast your burger buns, and prepare toppings. Put burgers together and enjoy!

Yes, you read the title right!!!The origional recepie called for seasame oil, so it got me thinking about chinese seasame noodles and....WaLa !!!These were invented. Everyone said they were very tastey and good.

Steps:
- Mix turkey, peanut butter, soy sauce and garlic together and form into 4 burgers. Cook over medium heat approximately 5 minutes per side until throughly cooked.
- Serve on English muffins. Top with whatever you usually put on burgers -- I suggest sliced onion and Havarti, Chedder, or swiss cheese.

- Create peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, honey and ground ginger in a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth. Reserve 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons and set aside.
- Combine remaining peanut sauce with turkey, carrots, broccoli, green onion, cilantro, salt and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then spray the top with more non-stick spray. Flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in the middle.
- Place a burger patty on each bun and top with 2 teaspoons of the reserved peanut sauce. Add baby spinach for crunch and serve.
