18 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed
1 ½ tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
¾ cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons chocolate sundae syrup (such as Smucker's®)
2 tablespoons caramel sundae syrup (such as Smucker's®)
4 peanut butter cups (such as Reese's®), chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix the chocolate cookies with the butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the crust hardens, about 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • Beat together the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended, then fold in 3 cups whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Transfer the mixture onto the cooled cookie crust, spreading evenly on top.
  • Place the remaining 3/4 cup whipped topping into a pastry bag with a tip. Pipe the topping on the pie decoratively. Drizzle the chocolate and caramel syrups on top, and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 cup M&M's® chocolate candies red, white and pink
1/2 cup M&M's® chocolate candies peanut butter red, white and pink
8 Reese's peanut butter filled hearts milk chocolate candies, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix cookie mix, softened butter and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate candies and the 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate candies. Press dough in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate candies over top; lightly press into dough. Press heart-shaped candies lightly into dough.
  • Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, at least 2 hours, before cutting. Store tightly covered.

  • Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.

Santa's Favorite Peanut Butter M&M Cookies are thick, soft, and chewy! Loaded with peanut butter, M&Ms, and gooey milk chocolate chips! A crowd-pleasing cookie recipe that's loved equally by kiddos and adults!

1 cup (227 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
2 and 1/2 cups (300 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups holiday M&Ms, plus extras for decorating
1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, plus extras for decorating
1 teaspoon granulated sugar, for sprinkling

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or in a large bowl using a handheld electric mixer, beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add in the peanut butter and beat until well combined.
  • Next add in both sugars and beat until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed, about 2 minutes.
  • Add in the eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in the vanilla. Turn mixer off.
  • Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together lightly before turning the mixer back on low and mixing in the dry ingredients until just combined. Be sure not to over mix here.
  • Fold in the holiday M&Ms and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Using a large cookie scoop, divide the dough into 3-tablespoon sized balls, and place onto prepared baking sheets, leaving about 3-inches between each ball of dough for spreading. Lightly press down on each ball of cookie dough, this will help them spread evenly.
  • Bake for 12 to 13 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers have set. Press extra chocolate chips and M&Ms on top of warm cookies, and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 15 minutes, before transferring them to a cooling rack.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 large egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
COOKIES:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg white
15 Oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
TOPPING:
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Confectioners' sugar, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. For filling, in a small bowl, beat the first five ingredients until smooth; set aside., For cookies, in a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg white. In another bowl, mix crushed cookies, flour and baking powder; gradually beat into creamed mixture., Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into 1-1/2-in. balls; place 2-in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly to 1/2-in. thickness. Press a deep indentation in center of each with your thumb. Fill each with 1 rounded teaspoon filling., Bake 10-12 minutes or until filling is almost set. Cool on pan 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely., Drizzle generously with melted chocolate. If desired, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 cup M&Ms

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating until incorporated.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda and oats. Fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips, just until combined.
  • If dough is too sticky to handle, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drop 3 tablespoons of dough on prepared cookie sheet, spacing cookies at least 2 inches apart. Press a few extra M&Ms on the tops for more colorful appearance, if desired. Bake at 350°F for 6-9 minutes.
  • Shorter cook time (6 minutes) will result in softer, chewier cookies. Cookies will look slightly under-baked; allow to cool on cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes after removing from oven.
  • Use the longer bake time (9 minutes) if the dough has been chilled or if crisp cookies are preferred. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
