Hi, I think this is the easiest and best peanut butter fudge ever! It is smooth and it is kinda on the softer side, but it is wonderful. I prefer to spread it out onto a greased cookie sheet for easier cutting.

1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt in a large sauce pan the butter and peanut butter.
  • Cook and stir until all is smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Beat in the powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cups walnuts if desired.
  • Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan or a greased cookie sheet.
  • Put into the refrigerater, cut when set (if you can wait that long).

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups peanut butter

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for one full minute. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and peanut butter. Mix in the oats, stirring until the mixture begins to cool. Transfer to a large bowl if it does not fit into the pan well. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool until set.

1/2 cup light corn syrup

Steps:

  • Mix peanut butter, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt, one at a time. Stir in sugar. Knead until smooth then add nuts if using. Pack into an 8×8×2 inch pan lined w/ buttered parchment paper. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes. When firm, cut into squares. Store at a cool temperature, in an airtight container. 3/4 cupbaking stevia or 1 1/2 cup sweetener of choice that measures like sugar
1/2 cup low-fat milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Put mashed banana and peanut butter together in a large skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring until peanut butter and banana are combined. Once the peanut butter is melted, take the skillet off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until everything is well combined. Drop cookie dough (about 1/8th cup per cookie) on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper (or foil sprayed with cooking spray), patting cookies into desired shape. Place baking sheet in fridge or freezer until cookies are set. Store in the fridge or freezer for later enjoyment!

1 large ripe banana
2/3 cup butter or 2/3 cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Finely chopped banana (1-1/4 cups).
  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; stir in vanilla.
  • Add oats and brown sugar.
  • Heat and stir 5 minutes.
  • Set aside 3/4 cup oat mixture.
  • Press remaining oat mixture into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Sprinkle banana over crust.
  • Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together over low heat.
  • Pour and spread over banana.
  • Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture; press down lightly.
  • Chill 2 hours before cutting.
  • Store in refrigerator.

10 ounces milk chocolate (chocolate chips or brick chocolate) (✅)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (✅)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla (✅)

Steps:

  • Prepare the pan. Prepare a 9 x 9-inch pan lined with wax paper.
  • Combine the peanut butter with some condensed milk. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter with about 3 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Add additional sweetened condensed milk if needed to thin. Set aside.
  • Blend the chocolate. Add chocolate to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Add the remaining sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  • ⭐️Heat. Microwave for 90 seconds then stir. Continue heating in 30-second increments until smooth. Do not overheat. Pour chocolate mixture into wax paper-lined 9x9 inch pan, and spread until even.
  • Spread. Scoop peanut butter mixture onto of chocolate mixture. Using a spoon, carefully spread across the top of the chocolate. Let cool.
  • Serve. To remove fudge, lift wax paper from pan and slice.

3 cups powdered sugar
1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave water, sweet chocolate, 6 Tbsp. butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended. (Mixture will be very thick.) Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Microwave white chocolate, remaining peanut butter and remaining butter in separate microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over pudding layer in pan.

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Whole Foods 360 Brand Fair Trade chips)
1 cup crumbled freeze dried banana
3 cups oats (regular or quick cooking)
1 cup melting chocolate
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Nonpareil sprinkles

Steps:

  • In a large sauce pan over medium heat, stir corn syrup and sugar to combine. Heat just to boiling, then remove from heat.
  • Add peanut butter, vanilla, and chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  • Add crumbled banana and oats. Stir to combine.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoon portions (medium scoop) of dough onto wax paper lines counter or baking tray.
  • Use finger tips to gently press dough into ½" thick discs.
  • To add drizzle: Place melting chocolate discs and peanut butter in a bowl. Microwave on 50% power for about 1-2 minutes until chocolate is melted. Mix to combine.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate-peanut butter over the cookies and add sprinkles immediately.
  • Allow to firm for 1 hour.
  • Store cookies in layers separated by wax paper, at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
