SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
This is my mother-in-law's recipe.She was always baking and this is one of my favorite recipes she had.

Steps:
- Cream butter, peanut butter and both sugars together.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Add baking soda, powder and vanilla.
- Stir in flour.
- Roll into balls, roll in sugar. Flatten cookies, using a fork, in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes or adjust to suit your oven and size of cookies!

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Mix first six ingredients.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet (I usually grease my cookie sheet anyway). Ovens vary so your baking time may be less. Just keep an eye on them.

- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into butter mixture. Put dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.

- Preheat over to 350F
- Sift flour and baking powder together then whisk to combine.
- Cream butter and sugars in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. You can add an optional 1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt.
- Add peanut butter and mix until incorporated.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract then add flour mixture and beat until incorporated.

- Beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a medium mixing bowl until light and creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined. Beat in the peanut butter.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
- Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper and preheat to 350 degrees.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out portions of cookie dough. Shape into a ball with your hands and roll through granulated sugar to coat.
