4 onion Kaiser rolls, split and toasted
¼ cup strawberry jam
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine ground beef, dried cranberries, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; form into 4 patties.
  • Cook patties on the preheated grill until browned and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
  • Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto the bottom layer of each roll; top with 1 burger. Spread 1 tablespoon strawberry jam on the top layer of each roll; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon goat cheese. Place strawberry jam-goat cheese-layered bun atop burger to make a sandwich.

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 slices applewood-smoked bacon
1 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (such as Tillamook®)
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
6 hamburger buns
6 leaves lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl until evenly blended. Form beef mixture into 6 4-inch wide patties. Transfer patties to a large plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until patties are slightly firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
  • Cook beef patties on preheated grill until they are beginning to firm and are hot and slightly pink in the center, about 4 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over patties about a minute before they are done.
  • Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat peanut butter mixture in the microwave until slightly runny, about 25 seconds. Stir again.
  • Spread peanut butter mixture over hamburger buns and top with beef patties, lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon.

Salt and pepper
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 slices cooked bacon
Butter, for buttering buns
6 brioche hamburger buns
2 cups creamy peanut butter (see Cook's Note)
1/2 cup sriracha hot sauce
Chipotle Mayonnaise, recipe follows
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
6 romaine leaves, halved
One 7-ounce can chipotle peppers in adobo
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

Steps:

  • Form the ground beef into six patties, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in a large skillet or nonstick pan to desired doneness, 8 to 10 minutes for medium to medium-well. Add the pepper jack cheese before finished to melt, followed by the bacon. Butter both sides of the buns and toast in a pan.
  • Spread the creamy peanut butter on the tops and bottoms of the buns. Drizzle the sriracha sauce on the bun tops and drizzle Chipotle Mayonnaise on the bun bottoms. Place cooked patties on the bun bottoms, then top each with two slices of tomatoes, two red onion slices and a half leaf of romaine lettuce.
  • Place chipotles and adobo, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chipotle powder, salt, pepper and garlic into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. This keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Steps:

  • When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 350°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • Make the candied bacon. Sprinkle the bacon with brown sugar. Place the bacon directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the bacon and cook for 10 more minutes, or until it reaches the desired doneness.
  • Remove the bacon from the grill and set it aside. Increase the Traeger temperature to 450°F. For optimal results, set it to 500˚F if available.
  • Make the burgers. Divide the ground chuck into four (6 oz.) portions and form into patties. Season liberally with salt and pepper.
  • Insert the probe horizontally into the center of the burger. Place the burgers directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 4 minutes. Flip, and grill for 3 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F or desired doneness. Add cheese and continue to cook for 1 more minute until the cheese has melted.
  • Make the peanut butter sauce. In a small bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, and chipotle powder. Whisk to combine.
  • Remove the burgers from the grill. With a spoon or spatula, spread the peanut butter sauce on the hamburger buns. Assemble the burgers with candied bacon, onions, pickles, avocado, and tomatoes, if using. Enjoy!

5 pounds ground Angus beef (preferred lean/fat content 80/20)
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1/2 tablespoon cracked peppercorn
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
8 ounces applewood smoked bacon
White burger buns
Creamy peanut butter
20 slices American cheese

Steps:

  • Combine the beef with the sea salt, seasoning salt, pepper and garlic. Create 10 beef balls. Place the balls individually between waxed paper and slightly press the center to create your patties. Place the patties on a lined cookie sheet, ready to be placed on the grill.
  • On the stove, fry the bacon to desired texture over medium-heat.
  • Turn your chargrill to medium-high and place the burgers on it once it is hot. Cook the first side until the edges are caramelized and browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Be careful not to pierce the meat or overcook. Set aside and let them rest for another 3 to 5 minutes. Before you turn off the grill, lightly toast the white burger buns.

½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup granulated sugar, for rolling

Steps:

  • Beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a medium mixing bowl until light and creamy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until just combined. Beat in the peanut butter.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
  • Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
  • Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper and preheat to 350 degrees.

  • Let cool for a couple of minutes before carefully removing from the air fryer with a spatula. Cookies will fall apart if not handled gently. Cool completely on a wire rack.
