2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
2/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup brewed coffee, room temperature
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Miniature semisweet chocolate chips, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients; gradually beat into egg mixture until blended. Stir in coffee (batter will be thin). , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. , For frosting, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Store in the refrigerator.

4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 ¼ cups peanut butter
2 pounds milk chocolate candy bar, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan. Sift together the flour and baking powder; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer until light and lemon-colored. Beat in the flour mixture. Microwave milk and margarine about 2 minutes, or until it begins to bubble. Stir into batter.
  • Pour batter into 10x15 inch pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • When cake is cool, plop peanut butter all over and spread evenly to the edges. Refrigerate to set, about 1 hour.
  • In a microwave safe dish, melt chocolate and spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate to allow chocolate to harden.

1 (16.5 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
3 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 peanut butter cups (such as Reese's®), chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cake mix, water, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 26 to 31 minutes. Poke holes in warm cake with a wooden skewer; pour sweetened condensed milk on top. Let cake cool, about 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle most of the chopped peanut butter cups over the cake. Spread whipped topping on top. Garnish with remaining chopped peanut butter cups.

1 pinch salt
2 cups white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one sheet cake pan or one cookie sheet with 1 inch sides.
