1 16-oz can(s) peaches in heavy syrup, undrained
1 cup(s) light rum
1 - lime, juiced
2 cup(s) cracked ice
- lime slices, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the peaches, rum, lime juice, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the drink into tulip-shaped champagne glasses, garnish with lime slices, and serve.
  • Variation: Mango Daiquiri Substitute an equal-size can or jar of mangoes and juice for the peaches.

1 ounce peach liqueur
2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
2 limes, wheels for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the peach, rum, peach liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a blender with 2 cups of ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into to chilled cocktail glasses.
  • Garnish each with a lime wheel.
