3 peaches, washed and peeled
1 cup blueberries, rinsed
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • Slice peaches. Mix peaches, blueberries and almonds in bowl.
  • Combine vanilla, ginger, and honey in small bowl. Mix well. Pour over fruit and nut mixture and stir to combine. Enjoy!
