2 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Thick 'n Creamy® vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup chai tea latte mix (from 10-oz package)
1/2 cup milk
Ground nutmeg, if desired

Steps:

  • In blender or food processor, place all ingredients except nutmeg.
  • Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle individual servings with a dash of nutmeg.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 tablespoon chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups frozen peaches
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

Steps:

  • Combine chia seeds and coconut water in a small bowl and stir well. Let soak for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight). Place chia mixture and remaining ingredients, in the order listed, in blender and blend until smooth.

  • Blend on high until smooth. Option to add more almond milk as needed to thin out your smoothie.
  • Serve immediately.
