Peach sangria image

Give sangria a twist and make it peachy

2 bottles dry white zinfandel
4 tbsp Cointreau
250ml peach schnapps
4 tbsp golden caster sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 sliced limes and 2 sliced oranges
500ml soda water
ice , to serve

Steps:

  • Put the dry white wine, Cointreau, peach schnapps, golden caster sugar, cinnamon sticks, sliced limes and oranges into a large bowl, stir and chill. To serve, add the soda water and some ice and pour into jugs.

Rose Sangria with Peaches image

A festive way to drink pink in the summer, this sangria calls for macerating stone fruit with cherry liqueur and vodka or tequila, then topping with rose and seltzer.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 cups mixed stone fruits, such as peaches, plums, and nectarines, cut into 1/2-inch wedges, plus frozen fruit for serving (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup vodka or blanco tequila
1/4 cup Luxardo Maraschino or other cherry liqueur
1 bottle (750 ml) rose wine, chilled, for serving
Seltzer or citrus soda, for serving (optional)

Steps:

  • Toss fresh fruits with sugar, vodka, and Luxardo. Cover; refrigerate, tossing occasionally, at least 4 hours and up to 1 day. Fill a glass halfway with frozen fruit, if desired. Add macerated fruits, and top with wine and a splash of seltzer, if desired.

1 pound fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
750 milliliter bottle dry Riesling
3/4 cup orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
Club soda, for serving

Steps:

  • To a pitcher, add the sliced peaches, Riesling and orange liqueur. Chill and infuse for 1 hour. Pour into glasses and top with some club soda. Serve!
