64 ounces white grape peach juice
1 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 stick cinnamon
1/2 cup peach schnapps
1 cup 190 proof grain alcohol, everclear, moonshine etc. (I use everclear)
3/4 cup peach schnapps
2 (15-ounce) cans sliced peaches, in juice
1 cheese cloth

Steps:

  • In a large pot bring to boil, juice, sugars, 1 can sliced peaches, cinnamon sticks and 1/2 cup of peach schnapps, turn down cover and simmer for an hour, remove from heat and let cool down to room temperature. When mixture is at room temperature add 1 cup everclear and 3/4 cup of peach schnapps and mix. Get 10-12 pint size jars ready, drain the last can of peaches real good, place one peach in each jar (find nice looking ones). With cheese cloth strain liquid into jars, fill up to the bottom of rim and seal For best taste, let it sit for 6 weeks at least for the flavor to mellow and blend the rest of the way, sit in a cool dark place, I use a refrigerator that we use for drinks only I take the leftover peaches and pulp and make cobbler or crisp they are real good to use so don't throw them out.

2, 64 ounce bottles of 100% apple peach juice
1 can of peach nectar (12 ounce can)
2 cups brown sugar
5-6 cinnamon sticks
2 whole vanilla beans (sliced open)
2, 15 ounce cans of peaches
1, 750 ml bottle of moonshine
3 cups of peach schnapps
1 cup of vanilla vodka

Steps:

  • In a large pan, combine juice, nectar, sugar, cinnamon sticks, peaches and vanilla beans. Simmer over medium low heat for one hour.
  • Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon sticks. Let cool till room temperature.
  • When cool, mix in moonshine, peach schnapps and vanilla vodka. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into mason jars. Divide peaches in each mason jar.
  • Let rest in cool dark place for 2 weeks before drinking.

1/2 gallon welch's white grape & peach juice (64 ounces total or 8 cups ready to serve juice)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
4 cinnamon sticks
1 cup peach schnapps, divided
1 cup Everclear alcohol (190 proof)
1 cup vanilla vodka (whipped cream vodka works too)

Steps:

  • In large pot put Grape Peach juice, sugar, sliced peaches, cinnamon sticks and 1/2 cup of Schnapps. Bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer on medium low for 30-45 minutes covered.
  • Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Add 1 cup of Everclear, 1 cup of vanilla vodka and remaining 1/2 cup of peach Schnapps.
  • Pour into mason jar with one each of the cinnamon sticks from mixture and one peach from mixture. Note: You may have to strain this through a few layers of cheese cloth a couple of times.
  • Refrigerate for at least a week to mellow.

64- ounces white grape peach juice
1 cup brown sugar
4 large ripe peaches (peeled and quartered)
3 whole cinnamon sticks
¾ - 1 ½ cup Everclear (to your taste, or vodka)
½ cup peach schnapps

Steps:

  • Add juice, brown sugar, peaches and cinnamon sticks to a large pot.
  • Bring to a low boil and boil 3 to 4 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow to sit until room temperature.
  • After mixture is cool, add Everclear and peach schnapps and stir.
  • If you're serving within 24 hours, pour into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • If you're allowing to sit a couple of days before serving, strain peaches and reserve peaches for a cobbler or cake. Pour liquid into an airtight container and refrigerate.
  • Serve over ice with a garnish of peach and sprig of mint.

1 64 oz bottles peach white grape juice
1 15 oz cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 of a 750 ml bottle everclear
1/2 of a 750 ml bottle peach schnapps

Steps:

  • Combine the juice and the peaches w/syrup.
  • Add in the sugar and the cinnamon sticks.
  • Turn on Saute feature to start warming the mixture.
  • Once sugars are all dissolved, cover the pot and turn to sealing.
  • Set your pot to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Do a natural release
  • Let mixture cool completely (DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANY STEPS UNTIL MIXTURE IS ROOM TEMPERATURE TO COOL)
  • Add in Everclear.
  • Add in the Peach Schnapps
  • Fill a mason jar.
  • Close the lid tightly. Continue until all of your mason jars are filled with moonshine.
  • Put pretty ribbon on and give the gift of love this year.

6 peaches (divided)
5 - 8 cinnamon sticks (divided)
64 ounces peach juice
32 ounces white grape juice
750 mL 190 proof Everclear
2 cups peach schnapps
2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Peel and slice four of the peaches.
  • Add the peaches, about 4 of the cinnamon sticks, and the juice to a pot.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to simmer for about 10 - 20 minutes.
  • Allow the juice to cool completely to room temperature.
  • Strain out the peaches and cinnamon sticks.
  • Add the Everclear, schnapps, and vanilla, if using. Evenly divide the mixture in mason jars or bottles.
  • Slice and peel the remaining peaches, Evenly divide them in the jars, as Add cinnamon to the jars.
  • Tightly close. and store in a cool, dry, area.
