Mango-Peach Smoothie image

You can use fresh or frozen fruit in this yummy smoothie. It tastes better if the fruit is frozen, so I freeze fresh fruit for this.

1 peach, sliced
1 mango, peeled and diced
½ cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup orange juice, or as needed

Steps:

  • Place the peach, mango, soy milk, and orange juice into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.

1/2 cup mango nectar (recommended: Kerns)
1 (6-ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (recommended: Dole)
1/2 cup frozen peaches (recommended: Dole)
1/4 block soft silken tofu (recommended: Mori-Nu)
1 cup ice
Vanilla vodka, optional

Steps:

  • Pour nectar into blender. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.
  • To make a smoothie cocktail, add 3 ounces vanilla vodka, if desired.

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt harvest peach or pineapple
1/2 cup Whole Grain Total™ cereal
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen sliced peaches or mango chunks
1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 cup ice, if desired
Peach slices, additional mango chunks, and additional cereal, if desired

Steps:

  • In blender, place first 5 ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • To serve, wet the rims of 2 glasses with a pineapple slice, and divide smoothie between glasses. Garnish with mango chunks and whole pieces of cereal on rim of each glass. Serve immediately.
