Steps:
- Heat tortilla over open flame of burner, till heated thru and pliable, turning once.
- Quickly spread peanut butter over 1/2 of tortilla, and top with banana slices.
- Fold in ends or tortilla, and then roll up!
- Enjoy!
GRILLED PEANUT BUTTER, JELLY AND BANANA SANDWICH

Steps:
- Butter the bread slices on 1 side with butter and place them butter side down. Spread 4 slices with peanut butter and top with the banana slices. Spread the remaining slices with jelly and put them, jelly side down, on top of the bananas. Press them gently to flatten them slightly.
- Place each sandwich on a preheated panini press and grill until the bread is toasted, about 5 minutes. Alternately, preheat a dry cast iron or non stick pan. Place the sandwich in the pan and weight it down with another pan or a clean brick wrapped in foil. Grill 5 minutes, turn the sandwich over, re-weight it, and grill for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

- 1. Place tortillas on a paper towel or microwave safe plate and microwave for 10 seconds.
- 2. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on each tortilla.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoons jelly to each tortilla.
- 4. Place the banana near the edge of each tortilla and fold up the ends of the tortilla.
- 5. Roll-up and enjoy!

- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Combine ground beef, dried cranberries, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; form into 4 patties.
- Cook patties on the preheated grill until browned and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
