PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BLONDIES
Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies are a fun dessert inspired a kid's favorite sandwich, the PB&J! Tasty peanut butter brownies with swirls of strawberry jam.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 8x8 pan with baking spray.
- In stand mixer mix together peanut butter, butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
- Lower speed to low, then add in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined.
- Spread mixture evenly into baking pan.
- Spoon in small dollops the strawberry jam onto the batter and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- 2. BEAT butter and brown sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- 3. STIR flour and baking powder in small bowl until blended. Stir into peanut butter mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
- 4. TOP surface evenly with teaspoonfuls of jam. Do not swirl. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts.
- 5. BAKE 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
