Steps:
- Split graham cracker into 2 halves.
- On top of graham cracker squares place mini-marshmallows.
- Place under broiler for a few seconds until toasty. Remove and place 1/2 of a Hershey bar on top of marshmallow.
- The heat from the marshmallow will melt the chocolate bar.
- Place other 1/2 of graham cracker on top.
- Press lightly to flatten marshmallows.
- These may be made ahead and wrapped in plastic wrap until ready to heat and eat.

PAULA DEEN'S S'MORES CAKE
A grownup version of a kid friendly treat-we always want "some more"'!! I saw this recipe in Paula Deen's 2009 Calendar book.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F; grease and flour 13 x 9 pan.
- In a large bowl prepare cake mix as directed and add graham cracker crumbs. Beat at medium speed with elelctric mixer until smooth. Spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Spread frosting evenly over cake. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and top with strawberries if desired.
- For frosting- In a medium bowl beat marshmallow cream and butter at medium speed with mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until smooth, beat in milk and vanilla.
- Frost once cake has cooled completely. Enjoy ya'll :).
S'MORES GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
You can skip the campfire and still serve up s'mores flavors to a crowd with this rich, chewy version of the famous St. Louis cake.

- For the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13-by-9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine the cake mix, vanilla and eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the butter and mix just until combined. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- For the filling: Beat the cream cheese in a clean mixer bowl with the paddle on medium speed until light and smooth, scraping the sides occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth. Add the butter and beat until smooth. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat on low speed to incorporate, and then beat on medium until light and smooth, about 1 minute.
- Arrange the marshmallows in rows in the chocolate batter, flat-ends up. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the marshmallows, using an offset spatula to evenly distribute. Coarsely crumble the graham crackers over the top.
- Bake until the edges are puffed and golden brown and the center is just set, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
NO BAKE S'MORES CAKE

Steps:
- Line bottom of 9x13" casserole dish with graham crackers.
- Mix marshmallow cream and cool whip in mixer until smooth (scraping down sides).
- Add vanilla extract to mixture.
- Spread 1/3rd of marshmallow mixture over top of graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, another 1/3rd of marshmallow mixture, repeat. And finish with a layer of graham cracker on top.
- Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips with the heavy whipping cream.
- Once melted and combined, add salt and turn off heat.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, but wisk every 5 minutes while cooling.
- Pour over the top of the graham crackers, spread evenly.
- Put container in freezer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Remove from freezer, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
