PATRIOTIC POPS
Cool off this summer with these no-drip pops. Make at least a day before your party to allow for freezing time, then grab mid-celebration for the perfect red, white, and blue party treat.

Steps:
- Line two 4x8-inch loaf pans with foil; coat with cooking spray. Stir together berry blue gelatin and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl with 1 1/2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Pour into the first prepared pan. Stir together strawberry gelatin and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl with 1 1/2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Pour into second prepared pan. Chill both mixtures until set, at least 3 hours.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining 3/4 cup boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and let cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, line a 9x13-inch pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on long sides, and coat with cooking spray. Turn chilled gelatins out onto a cutting board and coarsely chop. Transfer to prepared pan, then pour in milk mixture. Chill until set, at least 3 hours.
- Use foil to carefully lift gelatin mixture and transfer to a baking sheet, then fold down edges of foil. Insert 8 wooden sticks, spaced evenly, on each long side of the gelatin block. Freeze overnight.
- Let frozen gelatin stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Cut into 16 ice pop-sized rectangles.

- Place 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 cup strawberries in a blender; cover and process until blended. Remove to a small bowl. Chop remaining strawberries; stir into strawberry mixture., In blender, process 2 tablespoons yogurt, remaining honey and 1 cup blueberries until blended; remove to another bowl. Stir in remaining blueberries., In each mold, layer 1 tablespoon strawberry mixture, 2 tablespoons yogurt and 1 tablespoon blueberry mixture. Top with holders. (If using paper cups, top with foil and insert sticks through the foil.) Freeze until firm.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 24 miniature muffin cups with baking spray; wipe away excess from top of pans.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Whisk together brown sugar and Blue Bonnet in large bowl. Add egg and vanilla; mix until blended. Stir in flour mixture just until blended.
- Place 1 tablespoon batter in each muffin cup (filling about halfway). Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until brown and tops spring back lightly when touched. Cool slightly in pan. Remove cakes from pan and insert sticks; cool completely on wire racks.
- Combine white morsels and oil in shallow microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving on MEDIUM 30 seconds or until melted, stirring to blend. Dip cooled pops in melted morsels and decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
