Este es un pastel que queda super rico, es muy facil de preparar

4 huevos 3 tazas de azúcar blanca 4 tazas de harina para todo uso 1 taza de jugo de naranja puro 1 cucharada de raspado de naranja 1 de taza de aceite maiz o girasol 1 paquete de 1/4 de onzas de levadura seca 1/2 barra de mantequilla una pizca de po

Steps:

  • 1. MAGDALENA Preparación: En un recipiente batir los huevos, agregar el aceite, el azúcar, la mantequilla, esencia de vainilla, la canela, pizca de sal y jugo de naranja, siguen batiendo todo muy bien, por ultimo agregar la harina poco a poco, luego el polvo para hornear, el raspado de naranja, la levadura y seguir batiendo hasta que la mezcla ya no tenga grumos. Engrasar un molde con suficiente mantequilla, espolvorear con harina y colocar en el horno por aprox. 40 a 45 minutos y listo !!

1 taza de jugo de naranja
4 huevos
1 taza de aceite de maíz
1 lata de Leche Condensada
2 cucharadas de ralladura de naranja
2 tazas de harina para hot cakes

Steps:

  • Licua el jugo de naranja con los 3 ingredientes siguientes. Agrega la ralladura de naranja junto con la harina para hot cakes poco a poco y continúa licuando hasta que no haya grumos. Vierte la mezcla a un molde redondo previamente engrasado y enharinado. Hornea por 45 minutos o hasta que esté dorado. Deja enfriar, desmolda y ofrece.

150 gramos de mantequilla
1 Lata de leche condensada La Lechera
3 huevos
2 Tazas de harina
1 1/2 Cucharaditas de polvo para hornear
2 Cucharadas de raspadura de naranja
ENVINADO:
½ Taza de azucar
1 Taza de jugo de naranja
4 Cucharadas de jugo de naranja
HORNO PRECALENTADO A 180 C o 356 F

Steps:

  • Acreme la mantequilla; agregue la leche condensada y los huevos y bata hasta integrar bien. Añada la harina cernida con el polvo para hornear y por ultimo, la raspadura de naranja. Revuelva suavemente. Vacíe la pasta en un molde cuadrado, engrasado y enharinado. Hornee de 30 a 45 minutos. Saque del horno y desmolde de inmediato. Aparte, mezcle los ingredientes del envinado y caliente hasta que se desbarate el azúcar. Bañe el pastel con el envinado. Deje enfriar y sirva. Decore al gusto.
