PASSION FRUIT-PINEAPPLE PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine first 4 ingredients (nectar to milk) in a small pitcher, stir, then pour evenly into 4 ice filled glasses.
• Top each glass off with seltzer water (up to 2 oz, depending on size of glass).

PASSION PUNCH

Steps:

• In a punch bowl mix first 6 ingredients add ice.
• Just before serving add soda.
• Drink up.

PASSIONFRUIT PUNCH

Steps:

• Pour half the orange juice into ice-cube trays and freeze overnight.
• Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out pulp with a teaspoon. Combine with juices and lemonade in a jug. Serve over orange-juice ice-cubes.

PASSION FRUIT PUNCH (PONCHA MARACUJá)

Steps:

• Place 1/2 cup juice and the honey in a pitcher. Stir to dissolve honey. Stir in remaining juice.
• Add cachaa and stir. Place ice in 4 highball glasses; pour juice mixture over it. Serve with straws.

HURRICANE PASSION PUNCH

Steps:

• Mix the passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, light rum, orange juice, dark rum, grenadine and almond extract together in a 2-gallon container. Chill until ready to serve. Pour the punch into a large punch bowl for serving. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry.

PASSION FRUIT PUNCH

Steps:

• 1. Blend passion fruit pulp in a blender or with an immersion blender. Add a little water if necessary - just enough to get it to blend. If you're adding the rum, use this instead of water to help it blend.
• 2. Strain out the crushed seeds if you want to do so. I don't.
• 3. Mix it all together in a punch bowl with ice.
• 4. Taste for sweetness and adjust as needed. Some ginger beers are WAAAY too sweet for my taste. Others are balanced. Stir gently if you add a sweetener so not to disturb the carbonation too much.
