Steps:
- Toast the bread lightly. Cut off the crusts, then cut the slices into 4 - 6 pieces. Mash the olives into the cream cheese with a fork. Spread slices of the bread with the olive spread. Cut the round slices of salami and perreroni in half (to form a 1/2 moon shape). Placing a slice of pepperoni on top of a slice of salami, curl them around your finger to form a cone. The round edge will be the point of the cone. Use a bit of the cream sheese mixture to "glue" the slices together and place a cone on each slice of bread. OPTIONS: Add some sweet pickle relish to the spread. Substitute your favorite thin deli meat. Peel long thin slices of carrot and chill them in a little sweet picke juice. They will curl up. Use them (or pickled beets) instead of meat for a vegetarian version.

- Crispy Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts. Say hello to our new favorite flavor combination. Instead of crisping everything in a pan, these guys are made all on one sheet tray.
- Spicy Pineapple Prosciutto Tarts. It’s like a Hawaiian pizza, but way fancier. Even better, everyone in the room will love them.
- Baked Mac-and-Cheese Bites. Best to make a double batch of these. They’ll disappear faster than you can say “cheddar.”
- Delicata Squash Rings with Garlic-Lemon Sauce. No need to peel your squash beforehand. Delicata’s thin skins are totally edible (and totally delicious).
- Vegan Arancini. You’ll be sure to please all the plant-based eaters at the party, not to mention everyone else too.
- Spicy Ricotta-Stuffed Phyllo Rolls. Looking to really shake things up? Look no further. These easy and unexpected phyllo bites are creamy, spicy and irresistible.
- Pull-Apart Bread with Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese. Did someone say goat cheese? We’ll be oven in ten.
- Mozzarella Bites. C’mon, who doesn’t love mozzarella sticks? These are like the adult version, and they’re so, so tasty.
- Spinach Artichoke Squares. The ’90s called and they want their dip back, so we transformed it into a modern, puff-pastry-based app instead.
- Cranberry-Brie Pie Crust Bites. Store-bought crackers are fine and dandy, but if you really want to impress your guests, make your own. (Psst: You can still buy the pie dough.)

- Place 3 slices of bread on your worktop. Spread each with a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture (you should use about ½ of it).
- Now, take 2 slices of cheddar and place these on top of one slice. Add 1 or 2 slices of ham (see note 4) and top this with lettuce. Cover with second slice of bread and top this again with cheese (I only use 1 slice here), ham, lettuce and last slice of bread (spread side facing down). Press down slightly. Repeat the same with other 3 slices.
- Cut each sandwich in half. Stick 6 toothpicks into each half and cut around them. You will get 6 mini sandwiches out of 1 half = 12 mini sandwiches out of 1 sandwich (check the process pictures for better understanding). Sticking the toothpicks in before cutting keeps the fillings from moving and makes it easier to cut the tiny sandwiches.
