APPLE ORCHARD PUNCH



Apple Orchard Punch image

This quick and easy punch would be delightful at a country wedding or any celebration. Champagne can be used instead of ginger ale for an adult punch.

1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle apple juice, chilled
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 cup orange juice
1 ½ liters ginger ale
1 apple

Steps:

  • In a large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice. Stir until dissolved, then slowly pour in the ginger ale.
  • Thinly slice the apple vertically, forming whole apple slices. Float apple slices on top of punch.

2 cups pear nectar, chilled
1/4 cup honey
1 cup brandy, if desired
2 bottles (25.4 oz each) sparkling apple cider (6 1/2 cups), chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda (4 1/4 cups), chilled
Apple slices, if desired

Steps:

  • In large punch bowl, stir together pear nectar, honey and brandy. Stir in sparkling apple cider and club soda. Garnish with apple slices. Serve immediately.
