- Place rosemary on a baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes or until crisp. Finely chop rosemary or crush using a mortar and pestle; set aside., Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, pepper and rosemary; toss to coat.

Steps:
- Heat a pan that is large enough to hold the popcorn in a single layer over medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, add the oil and the corn and stir until the corn starts to pop, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cover the pan and lower the temperature.
- Once the popcorn has stopped popping, remove from heat immediately.
- Pour the corn into a bowl, and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and fine-chopped dill. Stir to mix evenly, and serve promptly.

- In a small bowl, stir together the Parmesan, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
