1 can(s) 20-oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 small container non-dairy whipped topping
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 c coconut, flaked or shredded, toasted
2 graham cracker pie crusts

Steps:

1. Combine first four ingredients; pour into graham cracker crusts; top with toasted coconut; chill for at least 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
