ROAST POTATOES WITH PAPRIKA
Make roast potatoes that are tasty and healthy. Smoked paprika adds flavour and we have a top tip for a crispy finish. Ideal for Sunday lunch, or Christmas Day

Steps:
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 mins until partly tender. Drain and steam dry for a few mins in a colander.
- Return the potatoes to the saucepan, and add the oil, paprika and plenty of salt and pepper. Cover with a lid, then shake the pan around to roughen the edges of the potatoes and thoroughly coat them in the paprika and oil. Tip the potatoes into a large roasting tin, making sure they are evenly spaced apart. Scrape in all the fluffy potato mess - these make the best crispy bits!
- Roast the potatoes for 1 hr 15 mins, turning halfway, until extremely fluffy and crisp.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 425 °F
- Cut up your potatoes into bite sized pieces
- Finely chop garlic
- Add the potatoes, garlic, oil, paprika, and parsley to a mixing bowl.
- Toss or mix until the potatoes are evenly coated in the garic, paprika, and herbs.
- Line a bakingsheet with aluminum foil.
- Pour the potatoes on to the bakingsheet in a single layer.
- Roast the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until the exterior starts to darken in color and slightly char.
- Remove your potatoes from the oven and let slightly cool before serving.

- In a large saucepan, cook carrots in butter for 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in the broth, potatoes, garlic and dill. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender., With a slotted spoon, remove half of the potatoes to a bowl; mash with a fork. Return to pan. Stir in the beans. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sour cream and pepper; add to soup. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through (do not boil).

BAKED SAUSAGE GREEN BEAN POTATO CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.Start by peeling the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half then into cubes, quarters, or similar chunks. Place the potatoes in a bowl filled with water until you finish cutting the remaining potatoes.Slice the sausage and set it aside.Place the potatoes in a the baking dish. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Then add in the sausage. Mix well to combine.
- Place the dish on the center rack and bake the potatoes and sausage for 20 minutes at 400°F, stirring halfway through.Next add in the green beans. Mix well to combine. Return the dish in the oven and continue baking for an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Stirring halfway through so that all of the ingredients are fully cooked.Remove from oven and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
