PANECILLOS CON QUESO A LA PHILLY
Steps:
- Calienta el horno a 425ºF.
- Mezcla la harina y el polvo para hornear en un tazón grande. Agrega y corta el queso crema utilizando 2 cuchillos o un mezclador de pastelería hasta que la mezcla adquiera la apariencia de migajas gruesas. Incorpora el queso desmenuzado. Agrega la leche; revuélvela hasta que se forme una masa suave.
- Aplasta la masa a palmaditas sobre una superficie enharinada hasta que tenga un grosor de 3/4 pulg. Córtala en 14 bolitas utilizando un cortador de galletas acanalado de 2 pulgs. y reutiliza los recortes restantes según haga falta. Coloca las bolitas en una charola (bandeja) para hornear con 2 pulgs. entre ellas.
- Hornea los panecillos de 12 a 15 min. o hasta que estén bien doraditos.
