Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 large tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter.
Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans.
Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of tomato, green bell pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, and top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese at room temperature
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) packet dry taco seasoning mix
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
¼ cup red onion, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
1 ¼ cups salsa
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
⅓ cup pickled jalapeno pepper slices

Steps:

With a handheld or standing mixer, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in bowl until light and fluffy; set aside.
In a separate bowl, stir together the cherry tomatoes, avocados, red onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper; set aside.
Spread the refried black beans out into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish in an even layer. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the black beans; top with layers of salsa, Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, cherry tomato mixture, and jalapeno slices.
Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Layered in a pizza pan, this taco dip makes a pretty presentation! "I prepared this yummy spread for birthday parties and family get-together," says Janet Vrieselaar of Rosedale, British Columbia. "It's wonderful spread on baked tortilla chips or low-fat crackers. I never seem to make enough-it's always the first appetizer to go."

1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
1 cup taco sauce
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 green onions, chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
Tortilla chips

Steps:

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning until smooth. Spread onto a 12-in. round serving plate. Spread with taco sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, green pepper, onions and tomato. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.

This is an easy dip that can be made low fat. I make it for parties and never have any left over to bring home. I usually double or triple it for parties and put it in a class dish so the layers can be seen.

16 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
lettuce, shredded
tomatoes, diced
black olives, sliced
jalapeno, sliced
cheddar cheese

Steps:

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco season using a hand mixer.
Place the lettuce on the bottom of a small casserole dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the lettuce.
Layer the rest on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Chill for at least one hour.
Serve with your favorite chips.

1 (15 ounce) can old el paso jalapeno bean dip (or regular bean dip if you can't find this)
1 (10 ounce) can black olives, drained
2 -3 ripe avocados (mashed, with lemon, salt & pepper)
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
4 bunches green onions, chopped
shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
1 tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

Mix the sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning packet together and set aside.
Chop the black olives and cut green onion-set aside.
In shallow dish (maybe a round pizza pan) start layers: bean dip on the bottom, guacamole, sour cream & mayo mix, black olives, green onion, tomato, and top with cheese.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
