BAKED PEPPERONI PIZZA DIP
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.Pour mozzarella cheese into a large mixing bowl. Make sure to put some aside for the top. Add cream cheese and pepperoni. Make sure to leave a few for later to use as topping. Pour sauce in and mix until all is combined, see photoPour mixture into a prepared baking dish.Sprinkle leftover mozzarella cheese and parmesan if using.Place leftover pepperonis on top.Bake for about 14 to 18 minutes. Should bubble a little and the mozzarella will be melted. Enjoy!

- Beat the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, fresh parsley, fresh dill, fresh basil, fresh chives, and minced garlic together in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Taste and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.

PAM'S CREAM CHEESE DIP
Steps:
- Put cream cheese and Ro*Tel tomatoes in a crock-pot on high cover with lid.
- Then put sausage in a skillet and cook until done. Drain some of the grease, then put sausage in the crock-pot in stir all together.
- When cream cheese melts turn crock-pot down on low! Then serve with chips!

Love those bagel sandwiches!! I have had a great week so far trying out creations on my Hubby. I am posting this one for the fun of it and because I found it delicious. DH said it was good, but not his favorite. (If it had Steak and Potatoes on it, then it would be his favorite.)

- In a small bowl, Mix all spread ingredients together well using a hand mixer or by hand.
- Fillet the Roma Tomatoes by cutting down each side of the tomato to take off only the meat, leaving the seeds and core.You should be able to get 5 or 6 fillets per tomato. Slice the tomato fillets in 3/8 to 1/2 inch slivers. Sprinkle with a tiny amount of salt. (if you want to be very picky about it, you can blanch and peel the Roma tomatoes.) Slice a few black olives for garnish.
- Toast bagel and spread a liberal amount of the cream cheese spread on each half. Place tomato fillets on top of the cream cheese and sprinkle on some sliced black olives. Serve Open faced. (If you want a full sandwich, spread the bottom of the bagel with cream cheese, top with tomato and olive, add a leaf of lettuce, and top with the bagel top spread with a small amount of the cream cheese.)
