  • Cut apples into wedges; arrange them around chilled caramel apple dip; serve.

¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup caramel sauce
1 (8 ounce) package toffee baking bits (such as SKOR®)
2 apples, sliced

Steps:

  • Blend cream cheese and brown sugar together until smooth. Spread mixture onto a serving platter or dish.
  • Spread caramel sauce on top of cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with toffee bits. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with apple slices.

1 (16 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 (9 -11 ounce) package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, pressed
red bell pepper, diced (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Coarsly chop artichokes and place in a small batter bowl.
  • Add spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and cheese.
  • Mix well.
  • Spoon into baking dish.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout.
  • Garnish with bell pepper if desired.
  • Serve with Tosidos or pita chips.

2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 small plum tomato, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
sour cream, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine chili, cream cheese and chili powder with hand mixer.
  • Add monterey jack and garlic, and stir until blended.
  • Spread in baking dish and cook 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Top with tomato, green onion, olives and dollops of sour cream.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla or corn chips.
