Cheesy Garlic Bread BLT is a classic sandwich amped up with flavor! You'll love the cheesy garlic sourdough bread that makes these BLT'S extra mouthwatering!

4 Slices Sourdough Bread
2 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Pinch Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Dired Parsley Flakes, (Optional)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mayonnaise, (To Taste)
6 Slices Bacon, (Cooked)
2 Large Leaves Romaine Lettuce
4 Thick Slices Roma Tomato

Steps:

  • Preheat a griddle pan or large skillet over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl use a fork to mix together the softened butter, garlic powder, salt, and dried parsley flakes.
  • Lay the bread slices down on a cutting board and spread the butter mixture over one side of each slice of bread.
  • Flip the bread over and top evenly with the shredded cheese. Place the bread slices butter side down on preheated pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until toasted and cheese is melted.
  • Remove the bread slices with a spatula back to your cutting board butter side down. Top with mayonnaise, bacon, lettuce, and tomato as desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 slices of bacon
2 large eggs
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chili sauce
4 slices rye bread, lightly toasted
2 slices ripe tomato
1 cup baby arugula

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the bacon over medium heat in a nonstick skillet until golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes on the first side and 2 minutes on the second side. Drain on a paper towel.
  • 2. Slide eggs into the skillet (with drippings) and fry until the white is set but the yolk is still soft, about 2 minutes. Carefully turn eggs over; cook 1 minute longer. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Stir mayonnaise and chili sauce together. Spread the mixture on each slice of toast. Lay 2 slices of bacon over the mayonnaise on 2 slices of toast. Top each with a tomato slice, a fried egg, and the arugula. Cover with a second slice of toast. Cut in half and serve immediately.

8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
12 slices firm white bread, toasted
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Expertly Paired for Mac 'n Cheese & Casseroles, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Microwave spinach in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or just until wilted; drain well.
  • Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, mayo and pepper in large bowl until blended. Stir in bacon and tomatoes.
  • Place 6 toast slices in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour half the egg mixture over toast slices in dish; top with half each of the spinach and cheese. Repeat all layers; cover.
  • Bake 40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edges of strata are golden brown, uncovering after 30 min.
