OVEN-FRIED PORK CUTLETS WITH APPLE SLAW

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F. Generously spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper, flatten each pork chop to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- In shallow dish, mix crackers, Bisquick mix, paprika and pepper. In another shallow dish, beat egg and water. Dip pork chops into egg, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Repeat dipping coated pork in egg and in Bisquick mixture. Place in pan. Generously spray tops of pork with cooking spray.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center. Toss all apple slaw ingredients. Serve slaw with pork.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl, combine crushed stuffing, seasoned salt and thyme; mix well. In another shallow bowl, combine milk and egg; beat well.
- Dip pork chops in egg mixture; coat well with crumb mixture. Place in sprayed pan.
- Bake at 425°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center.
- In small bowl, combine applesauce and cranberry sauce; mix well. Serve cranberry applesauce with pork chops.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Beat soy sauce, egg, water, garlic powder, and ginger together in a shallow bowl. Spread bread crumbs into a separate shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Press pork chops into the bread crumbs until evenly coated on both sides. Place coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork is cooked through, 50 to 55 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and apple slices in the melted butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer onion and apple to a bowl.
- Place pork chops in the same skillet; cook over medium heat until pork chops are browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Mix applesauce, brown sugar, mustard, and cinnamon into onion and apple mixture.
- Place pork chops in a 9x9-inch baking dish; season with salt and black pepper. Spoon applesauce mixture over pork chops; cover dish.

- Trim the fat from the meat.
- Pour butter into a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
- Combine eggs, milk, and pepper.
- Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture.
