This is a recipe I got off Recipe Goldmine. Delicious and easy rub for steaks! UPDATE: Due to the numerous comments, I've updated the salt measurement. Enjoy! :)

4 pieces top sirloin steaks or 4 pieces rib eye steaks
4 -6 teaspoons salt (depending on taste)
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Steps:

  • Mix together seasoning ingredients and rub into each side of steak.
  • Grill steaks on a large frying pan over medium-high heat; press down on steak with spatula or tongs to sear the edges.

These Outback Steakhouse Baked Potatoes are a delicious copycat recipe. This fool proof recipe will come out perfect every time!

1 russet potato
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
your favorite toppings ((bacon, green onion, sour cream, butter, cheese))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Scrub the potato very well under cold water. Pat the potato dry with a paper towel as best you can.
  • Prick the potato all over with a fork, just piercing the skin.
  • Place the potato on a baking sheet. Brush all over with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle all over with the salt.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick or knife slides in easily with no resistance. If it is not done in an hour I start checking every 10 minutes. Timing depends on how big the potato is, if it is on the smaller side, start checking at 45 minutes.
  • Slice the top open, pinch the sides and press down and in to open the potato.
  • Fluff the potato insides with a fork, add your favorite toppings such as salt and pepper, butter, sour cream, scallions, cheese, bacon crumbles, etc. Serve immediately.

This version of Outback Steakhouse's mac and cheese comes together in a snap on the stove, making it great for a quick side dish or an easy and satisfying meal.

1 pound rigatoni noodles
½ stick unsalted butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large stockpot, over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add flour. Whisk to combine.
  • Add milk and salt. Continue to whisk for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Add Velveeta cubes. Stir and allow the cheese to melt, which will take about 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta. Stir well.
