- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and chili powder until smooth; stir in salsa. Spread cream cheese mixture over a large serving platter. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. , Layer cream cheese mixture with lettuce, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, tomato and olives if desired. Serve with chips.

LOADED TACO DIP
This isn't your basic Taco Dip! It is LOADED with everything delicious! With layers of beans, ground beef, and a signature creamy taco mixture, this dip might just be too addicting!

- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once browned, drain the meat and stir in half (1.5 tbsp) taco seasoning. Set aside.
- In the bottom of a 2.5 qt casserole dish evenly spread the refried beans.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and remaining taco seasoning and mix until combined. Spread the mixture over the beans.
- Layer the taco meat, shredded lettuce, Mexican blend cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives and jalapeños on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately, or chill up to 4 hours then serve with tortilla chips or sweet peppers.

- 1. Spread the can of refried beans on bottom of platter/container of your choice
- 2. Mix 8 oz. sour cream and 1 oz. pack of taco seasoning mix together in a small bowl and spread over the refried beans
- 3. Add shredded lettuce (to your liking), then add shredded cheese (i add almost the whole bag,I leave some to top on the finished dip)

- Place salsa in a sieve to drain any liquid (this keeps your dip from getting runny).
- Combine refried beans and milk (or you can use the liquid from the salsa if you prefer) until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
