Steps:
- Crumble the ramen noodles onto a pie plate. Stir in the almonds, sesame seeds, and melted butter. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Toss together the broccoli slaw and the green onion in a large bowl.
- Add dressing and cooled noodle mixture to the slaw. Stir till well coated and serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, ramen noodle spice mix, salt and pepper to create a dressing.
- Place sesame seeds and almonds in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions and crushed ramen noodles. Pour dressing over the cabbage, and toss to coat evenly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and almonds.

- Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces. Open packages and set aside flavor packets.
- Place noodles in bottom of large serving bowl. Top noodles with broccoli slaw, then sprinkle with almonds and sunflower kernels, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and flavor packets from noodles. Pour over slaw, cover and chill up to 24 hours.
- Toss before serving.

Steps:
- Toast sesame seeds and almonds on a cookie sheet in oven until lightly toasted.
- Watch carefully, they can burn quickly.
- Mix cabbage and green onions in a large bowl.
- Crush ramen noodles in the package.
- Open and remove broth packets.
- To make dressing, mix oil, water and vinegar in a jar with a tight lid.
- Add sugar and 1 packet of broth.
- Shake well.
- Taste, and add more sugar, as well as salt and pepper.
- Just before serving, add crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds to cabbage mixture.
- Pour on dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
