Steps:
- Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cook and stir mixture for 2 minutes more. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir crushed cookies into marshmallow mixture until well coated.
- Press cookie mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a buttered spatula or waxed paper; cool. Cut into 2-inch squares.

Steps:
- 1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. add the crushed oreos. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into 2-inch lumps of coal.

- 1. Butter 8x8 pan. Line with parchment paper and butter top of paper, set aside.
- 2. In food processor pulse cookies until ground. In microwave melt butter and marshmallows about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
- 3. Stir in ground oreos and mix until combined. Using a piece of wax paper press mixture evenly and let set for 10 minutes

- Transfer crumbs to a medium bowl and add cream cheese. Use a fork to mix until well combined.Using about one tablespoon of the mixture per ball, form misshapen balls of the Oreo mixture. Place them on a plate and into the fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up.
- Microwave melting chocolate in 10 to 15 second increments until melted and smooth. Using a fork or toothpick, dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, then set onto parchment paper. Sprinkle immediately with crushed Oreos, if using, or let dry completely. If using cocoa powder, once firm, dip your fingers into the cocoa and lightly rub onto Oreo balls to complete the “coal” look. Store balls in the fridge until ready to serve.
