2 Cup Chilled Milk (Any milk would do)

Steps:

  • Crush the oreo biscuits, keep them coarse and finely powder a portion of it.
  • Retain some of the chunks for topping

Oreo Popsicles is a chocolaty, delicious dessert bar made by freezing a blend of crumbled oreo & milk in mold. Oreo Popsicles are surprise treat for the family after a weekend lunch or during holidays.

2 cups milk ((preferably full fat milk))
10-12 nos oreo biscuits
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Steps:

  • First chill the milk. Add the milk to a mixing bowl. Add sugar.
  • Add vanilla essence. Mix well with a spoon.
  • Take your oreo biscuits. Crush it roughly.
  • Take your popsicle mould - add crushed oreo to the mould till 3/4th of the mould.
  • Now pour the milk mixture till the rim in each mould. Close with lid.
  • Freeze for 8 hrs at least.
  • Then rinse the mould under running tap water, pull out gently. Enjoy Oreo Popsicles!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup crushed oreo cookies (about 10 cookies + 4 to 5 cookies for the mould)
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup plain yogurt (coconut plain yogurt or regular both work the same)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place 10 Oreo cookies in a small bowl and roughly crush them.
  • In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with plain yogurt. Then add sugar and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  • Add crushed cookies and stir again until is all well combined.
  • Now take 4 to 5 cookies and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in the base of the molds to get a prettier look on the popsicles.
  • Add one spoon after the other until the molds are full. Don't forget to place the popsicle sticks.
  • Take them to the freezer for at least four hours, or until completely frozen.

1.25 cups heavy cream
¾ cup milk
½ cup granulated sugar
9-10 oreo cookies (divided)

Steps:

  • In a bowl/pan, mix together heavy cream and milk.
  • Put the pan on low heat and add granulated sugar. Mix till the sugar dissolves, around 1-2 minutes and them remove the pan from heat.
  • Crust 3-4 oreo cookies using a food processor and add the oreo crumbs to the cream-milk base. You want 1/4 cup of fine oreo crumbs.
  • Break the remaining oreo cookies into larger pieces with your hands and to the cream-milk mixture.
  • Pout the liquid into popsicle molds. After 2 hours when it's semi-frozen, insert the sticks.
  • Let it freeze for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.
  • To take the popsicles out of the mold, run under warm water for 30 seconds and then pull the stick gently to release.

These Oreo pops are a great activity to enjoy with the kids on the weekends or for Valentines day. They also work as fun treats to make for kids birthday parties!

12 Oreo cookies (classic)
150 grams White cooking chocolate
100 grams Colourful sprinkles

Steps:

  • Take 12 oreo cookies out of the packet and put them on a microwaveable plate.
  • Microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Gently twist the top biscuit layer off and place the lolly stick into the cream. Put the Oreo back together.
  • Melt your chocolate by placing it in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Gently heat until melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl. The bowl should have enough depth to allow you to dip your whole Oreo cookie in the chocolate.
  • Holding each Oreo pop by the stick, dip it into the chocolate until covered.
  • Lay the sprinkles out on a shallow plate and coat the chocolate dipped Oreo pops around in them.
  • Set aside on baking paper or stand upright and pop in the fridge to solidify.

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
10 Oreo cookies

Steps:

  • Place cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a mixer with whisk attachment, and beat on medium speed until smooth. Reduce to low speed and slowly pour heavy cream into bowl with cream cheese. Place mixing bowl in freezer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, but still pourable.
  • Rough chop 5 Oreos. Place other 5 Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Place chopped Oreos in molds and pour in cheesecake mix. Place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Unmold popsicles and roll in Oreo crumbs.

1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup cream cheese (softened, about 2 oz)
1/4 cup milk (or you can substitute a dairy-free option here)
2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed Oreos (about 4 cookies, plus 1 whole cookie for each popsicle well)

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl whisk together the yogurt, cream cheese, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Once smooth stir in the crushed cookies.
  • Pour into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. OR you can place a whole cookie into each mold for a hidden treat by filling the molds halfway, setting the cookie inside the mold, then topping off to fill each well.
  • Tap firmly on the counter to remove bubbles.
  • Insert sticks and freeze until hard (at least 4 hours).
  • Remove from the freezer and run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles from the mold, then gently pull on the popsicle stick to remove from the mold completely.
